Alpine Awards Xtreme Autosound the 2023 Customer Care Award

Auburn Hills, Mich. (May. 2, 2024) – Alps Alpine North America, Inc. (“Alpine”) awarded the 2023 Customer Care Award to Xtreme Autosound & Marine during the Alpine Style Center Dealer Council hosted virtually in April. This is the second year in a row that Xtreme Autosound & Marine has received this award.

“Our retailers are the face of our brand and Xtreme Autosound continues to be a great reflection of the high quality and standards that Alpine seeks to provide to our customers,” said Gregg Thomas, Director of National Sales for the Alpine Brand Division at Alps Alpine North America, Inc. “For the second year in a row, Xtreme Autosound’s commitment to excellence has positioned them as a top provider of customer service.”

Established in 2021, the Alpine Customer Care Award is given to the Alpine Authorized Retailer who provides outstanding customer service on behalf of the Alpine brand. Recipients of this award have gone above and beyond to provide the perfect Alpine product solution to a customer and ensure the longevity of the product experience by registering the product for warranty and support services.
