Hauppauge, NY, August 3, 2012 – Audiovox Electronics Corp. today announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Armour Automotive for the distribution of Code Alarm Vehicle Security products in the UK and Ireland.

The Code Alarm brand of vehicle security products is best known for its commitment to technology and the high quality and reliability of its remote start and vehicle security systems. The brand enjoys significant market share in the US and this agreement represents the first direct distribution in the UK and Ireland.
