FORT WORTH, Texas -- Teletouch Communications, Inc., a leading U.S. wireless services, cellular, consumer electronics and public safety equipment provider, today announced that Cerwin-Vega Mobile, a leading designer and manufacturer of a broad array of acclaimed, high quality amplifier and speaker products for the automotive industry, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement appointing Teletouch’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Progressive Concepts, Inc. dba PCI Wholesale as their exclusive Central Region Distributor for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Louisiana. Effective immediately, PCIW will carry for distribution a full line of Cerwin-Vega’s audio products, including amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers and loaded enclosures for sale to approved dealers in the Territory.
