Las Vegas - A coalition of individuals organizations and companies concerned with the spread of illegal street racing has formed an organization to fight just that called Racers Against Street Racing (RASR).Making up the RASR organization is the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) the National Import Racing Association (NIRA) two publications and American Honda Motor Co. Inc. who introduced the association at the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association show on Oct. 31.
